I just really really really need this replicate to fracking work so I can get it done and call the analysis complete. Close chapter. Move on. But due to stupid scheduling fails on the part of many many many equipment users (including myself) I am now trying to extract data from my samples after they are several days old. They are well preserved.Theoretically, this should not be a problem. In reality, it is.Sigh.Several more weeks down the tubes to generate more.I am so tired of this stupid experiment.
